Core Daily Sections

Social Accounts - Your Dashboard

Your central command center displaying all connected Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts. The Statistics view shows hidden comment percentages and activity levels, helping you quickly identify accounts needing attention.

Switch views based on your task:

  • Statistics view for performance monitoring

  • Cards view for visual account management

  • No Statistics view for faster loading with many accounts

Tip: Use MODERATION / SENTIMENT / ACTION drop-down to see visual insights about activity on your social media accounts

Comments - Where Action Happens

Your primary workspace showing all comments across platforms in chronological order. Each comment displays diagnostic icons explaining why TrollWall AI made specific moderation decisions.

Key actions available:

  • Hide/unhide comments

  • Block problematic users

  • Reply to community members

  • Tag comments for organization

Tip: For better overview of a certain conversation, use the "Show in Thread" button. It will show a comment in a context of a Post, comment it replies to, and previous and next comments.

Posts - Content Overview

Unified feed of all posts from connected accounts. Essential for understanding your overall content landscape and identifying posts that may have been hidden by platform policies.

Filtering strategies:

  • See only paid ad posts

  • Platform filter for performance analysis

  • Date ranges for reporting periods

  • Visibility status to identify hidden content

Team Management

Members - Access Control

Manage who can access your subscription, its social accounts and their permission levels. Critical for maintaining security as your team grows.

Invitations - Adding Team Members

Send email invitations with pre-configured permissions. Track invitation status and resend expired invitations (72-hour expiration).

Tip: Configure permissions during invitation to avoid setup delays. Include role context in invitation emails to set clear expectations.
