What files can I upload to AIRA's knowledge base?
Supported formats: PDF, TXT, PPTX (PowerPoint), and DOCX (Word documents)

What happens if I upload an unsupported file format?
You'll receive a clear error message indicating the file format is not supported or couldn't be processed successfully.
Can AIRA read text from scanned PDFs or images?
No, AIRA can only extract textual content from documents. If your PDF contains images with text (scanned documents), AIRA won't be able to use that information. Only editable text content is processed.
Can I add my website content to AIRA?
Yes! You can add your website URL in the Website section of AI Reply Assistant settings. AIRA will reference your website when appropriate, directing users to find more information there.
Language & Communication
How does AIRA handle different languages?
AIRA automatically responds in the same language as the original comment. If the comment language is unclear (very short comments), it defaults to your page's primary language. AIRA performs best when responding in the same language as your knowledge base content.
Does AIRA support the same languages as TrollWall's moderation?
AIRA supports all languages available through advanced AI language models, providing broader language coverage than the moderation system.
Can AIRA tag users in replies?
Due to platform API limitations, user tagging in replies is only available on Instagram. Other platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) don't support this feature through their APIs.
Usage & Workflow
Can multiple team members accidentally reply to the same comment?
No, TrollWall prevents duplicate responses. If someone has already replied to a comment through TrollWall, other team members will see a notification indicating the comment has been answered.
Can I post AIRA's response directly without editing?
Yes, if you're satisfied with the generated response, you can post it directly. However, you always have the option to review and edit before posting.
How should I handle contradictory information in my knowledge base?
Like any assistant, AIRA can get confused with conflicting information. Keep your knowledge base updated and consistent. Remove outdated information and ensure Q&A entries don't contradict each other.
