TrollWall AI's 6th finger feature analyzes every comment to help you respond more effectively and manage your community with greater efficiency.

How Sentiment Classification Works

Every comment in TrollWall AI receives one of three sentiment labels that appear directly in your comments feed:

Positive sentiment appears on comments expressing satisfaction, praise, or enthusiasm about your brand. These might include customer testimonials, compliments about your products, or excited responses to your announcements.

Negative sentiment identifies comments showing dissatisfaction, complaints, or criticism. This includes product issues, service complaints, or expressions of frustration with your brand.

Neutral sentiment covers informational comments, basic questions, or content without strong emotional indicators. Most factual inquiries and simple acknowledgments fall into this category.

You can correct sentiment classifications by clicking on the sentiment label and selecting the accurate option from the dropdown menu. This feedback improves future classifications and ensures your analytics reflect genuine community sentiment patterns.

Recommended Actions for Every Comment

TrollWall AI suggests the most appropriate response strategy for each comment based on its content and context:

Like recommendations appear for positive comments that benefit from acknowledgment but don't require detailed responses. Using this suggestion helps you show appreciation for supportive community members while maintaining efficient workflow.

Reply to Question recommendations identify comments containing direct questions about your products, services, policies, or other topics requiring informative responses. These suggestions help ensure no customer inquiries go unanswered.

Reply to Comment recommendations flag comments that warrant responses even without explicit questions. This includes complaints, concerns, negative reviews, or situations where your brand reputation could benefit from direct engagement.

Ask Human recommendations appear for complex situations requiring nuanced judgment, sensitive topics, or circumstances where brand-specific decision-making exceeds AI capabilities.

Ignore recommendations identify comments requiring no action, such as off-topic discussions, spam that has been hidden, or simple expressions that don't need acknowledgment.

Like sentiment labels, you can adjust these recommendations by clicking on the action suggestion and selecting a different option. This teaches the system your specific response preferences for similar future situations.

Smarter Filtering

Multi-Option For Recommended Actions

Managing large volumes of comments often comes down to identifying which ones require the most attention and addressing them quickly. That’s why we’ve upgraded the Recommended Actions filter to give you more flexibility and precision.

You can now select multiple Recommended Actions simultaneously. For example, filter comments that include both questions and direct responses in one view.

Automated Reply Generation Setup

When TrollWall AI recommends replying to comments or questions, the system can automatically generate appropriate responses using your AI Reply Assistant's knowledge base. This automation requires three components to be properly configured.

First, you must have created an AI Reply Assistant within your subscription and populated it with your brand information, communication style, and relevant knowledge base content.

Important: In order to create an AI Reply Assistant, you need to be subscription admin. However, it is enough to be a social account admin permissions to assign an AI Reply Assistant to a social account.

Second, your social media account must have an AI Reply Assistant assigned through the account settings. You can verify this assignment in the Social Accounts section by checking the AI Assistant configuration for each connected platform.

Third, automatic reply generation must be enabled in your account settings. Navigate to Social Accounts, select the specific account you want to configure, click the "6th finger" tab, and confirm that "Pre-generate replies, if recommended" is checked in the Automated Reactions section.

Using Pre-Generated Responses Effectively

When automatic generation is active, comments flagged for response display suggested replies directly at the comment. You have two options for handling these suggestions.

You can post the pre-generated response immediately by clicking "Submit" if the suggested reply accurately addresses the comment and matches your desired communication tone.

Alternatively, you can modify the suggested response by adding specific details, adjusting the tone, or including additional context, then click "Suggest Reply" to generate an improved version incorporating your modifications.

Improving Performance Through Usage

Every response you submit through TrollWall AI becomes training data that helps your AI Reply Assistant better understand your communication preferences, brand voice, and response patterns for different situations. This continuous learning process means your automated suggestions become increasingly accurate and brand-appropriate over time.

This learning only occurs when you use TrollWall AI to post responses. Comments and replies posted directly through social media platforms or other management tools cannot contribute to improving your AI Assistant's performance since the system cannot analyze interactions it doesn't process.

Key Benefits: Using TrollWall AI's response features consistently creates a feedback loop that improves suggestion quality while maintaining detailed records of your community management activities for analytics and reporting purposes.

Monitoring and Adjusting Performance

Regular review of sentiment classifications and action recommendations helps you understand how well the system aligns with your community management goals. When you notice patterns of incorrect classifications or inappropriate suggestions, use the correction features to provide feedback that improves future performance.

Important: Changes to sentiment classifications and action recommendations affect your analytics and reporting data. Accurate classifications ensure your community sentiment trends and engagement metrics reflect genuine patterns rather than AI classification errors.
