This is what usually happens when you log in via e-mail,
instead of your original signing method(Google, Microsoft, Facebook), that you signed into TrollWall AI with, and the accounts are under! So let's go ahead and fix this!
Step 1: The first thing that we are going to do is to sign out from this account. We can do this by going into the profile overview - by clicking on the email address that is displayed.
Step 2: Now we need to click on the "Sign Out" button.
Step 3: Only one more click on "Back to home page".
Step 4: Now that we are on the home page, we need to log in again. What we need to do is to click on the "Log in."
Step 5: Now we pick the platform that we have signed into TrollWall AI for the very first time, and that the social accounts are under. It is important to remember that even when you have the same e-mail, it is not the same as if you were logging in via the same method.
Step 6: Great job! You are now in your dedicated account.
