What kind of notifications can I receive from TrollWall AI?
TrollWall AI offers several types of notifications.
How will I be notified?
You can receive:
In-app notifications (default option, always enabled)
Email notifications
About what will I be notified?
Our standard notifications include:
AI tokens quota notification (when you are close to having used up your AI tokens quota, turned on by default, always on)
Trial expiry notification (when your trial is about to expire, turned on by default, always on)
Token expiry notification (when your access token has expired, turned on by default, always on)
Newsletter notification (when the TrollWall AI team sends out a newsletter, turned on by default, can be turned off)
These notification settings can be viewed in Settings > Notifications:
Additionally, you can create your comment analysis report notification by clicking Create and defining the desired period, frequency and time of sending the report about how TrollWall AI has performed while moderating comments on your social media:
Receiving notifications
You will be receiving your notifications either via email (if you opted in for email notifications) - TrollWall AI will use your email address registered in our system - or in the in-app Notifications centre in the pane on the left:
You can view notifications there and filter them by type and status (read or unread):
